FAQ migration continues

The VPN FAQ has been updated and moved to the new server. ANL’s going to incorporate our profiles into the build, and it gets us out of having to duplicate their work. The downside is the download requires an Argonne Domain account. If this limitation proves to be too problematic, we’ll have to go back to hosting our own distribution, or getting them to change their policy.
