Hi, everyone!  Happy March!  We’re going to have a few short announcements regarding the EDR rollout over the course of the month as we get things put into place across the various operating systems we have.  For background, see my previous EDR announcement. November 22, 2022 by Stacey, Craig

Hi, everyone! It’s been too long since I’ve written one of these, so we’ve got a lot to go over. I’m going to try to keep this brief, since I’m fully aware that if I unleash a firehose of information at you, what I’ll end up with is a lot of confused people who only know they’re wet and don’t understand why. (more…)

CELS-hosted confluence sites offline or internal-only

June 3, 2022 by Stacey, Craig

We just received word of an exploit from Atlassian (makers of Confluence) that affects the versions of Confluence we host on-site.  They do not yet have a fix.  Until they do, access to collab.cels.anl.gov, confluence.cels.anl.gov, and wiki.jlse.anl.gov will be limited to internal access only.  (We are separately dealing with an issue with wiki.jlse.anl.gov such that …

Perhaps, with all the happenings this newsletter is …
