Just to catch some of the common questions we’re seeing:
- All your old mail should be available right where it was. We did get a lot of it synced up to the server, but for those of you with two accounts (a pre-existing Zimbra account and the new migrated account), you’ll probably only see your new mail on the web interface. Use your mail client to get your old stuff for now.
- If your mail is bouncing (someone tells you it bounced back), let us know ASAP and we’ll get it fixed.
- If you had an existing zimbra account, but there’s nothing of interest in there, let us know. We’ll move the old one out of the way to make way for the new one right away.
The team is running around like crazy trying to make sure people can get their work done. If you can’t get your work done, let us know and we’ll take care of it. I’m in hermit mode trying to settle out the last bit of this migration so we can resume normal operating procedures ASAP.We’ve gotten some wonderful supportive messages, and I honestly appreciate it more deeply than you can know. Thank you all so much for your patience with this, and, again, I’m sorry this is so confusing. We’ll get there.
