CIS is planning to install an update to the Zimbra server on Sunday, August 19th. This will involve a downtime of 3-4 hours starting at 9AM, during which time you will not be able to check mail or calendars. Depending on your setup, you may not be able to send mail. No mail will be lost during this outage, only delivery will be delayed.
