The Argonne Zimbra service is scheduled to be upgraded a week from tomorrow. The outage is expected to last the whole day. Here’s the summary from the lead admin on the project: > The Zimbra 6 to 7 upgrade window is going to be 8am to 8pm (12 hours) on Saturday, January 19. During this window, Zimbra will be unreachable and will not be processing any email. Inbound mail will be queued at our mail gateway, so no mail will be lost. This window is a best-guess based on the work and testing I’ve done in the test and stage environments; it might be lengthened if we run into any unexpected difficulties in production. Zimbra 7 is quite nice, and fixes a number of bugs we’ve been seeing. I’m really looking forward to this upgrade. If this timing presents an insurmountable problem for you, please let me know.
