Systems planned maintenance activities

Hello all,
We have somewhat urgent maintenance that needs to be performed on several of our core servers this upcoming Saturday, August 17th.
The trouble ticket server for MCS and ALCF (rt.mcs.anl.gov) will be down for about one hour, sometime between 8am-noon central time. Mail sent to the various support addresses will queue up and will be delivered once the server comes back online.
