New team members

Greetings, all.
Just dropping a note to let you know we have a couple of new faces working at the help desk starting this week. Martino Henderson and Kevin Walker both joined us starting on Monday, and will be taking on help desk and user support while John and Max will be working on more in-depth projects.
Martino’s a 12 year veteran of IT support and a certified Mac Genius, and worked with the Apple Store in that capacity before moving on to other user support roles in various organizations including Northwestern University.
Kevin’s had over 18 years doing all levels of IT support, working for such organizations as Cricket Communications, Advocate Healthcare, and the University of Chicago.
We’re happy to have them on board, and know once we get them up to speed on how things work around here they’ll be solving problems quickly and helpfully. Say “hi” and introduce yourself when you see them.
