Proposed Maintenance Weekend Dates for FY2014

CIS is seeking input on their proposed 4 quarterly maintenance weekends for the coming FY. If the dates below post an issue you know of, let me know. There will be reminders sent as each date approaches should situations change in the intervening time.

As you’re probably aware, CIS schedules four maintenance weekends every year. These are weekends in which we do extensive maintenance to IT systems and services and, therefore, can’t guarantee that IT services will be running. With that said, we do make every effort to communicate what we believe will be impacted based upon the planned work. We are proposing the following dates for these maintenance weekends in FY14.

• November 8-10, 2013
• January 17-19, 2014 ♦
• May 16-18, 2014 ♦
• August 15-17, 2014

♦ Scheduled APS maintenance period
