Experiencing issues with xgitlab.cels.anl.gov

We are currently experiencing some unexpected issues with the GitLab
service at xgitlab.cels.anl.gov
We are looking into the issue and working to get service restored as
quickly as possible.
While we are working on this, xgitlab-old.cels.anl.gov should be
available shortly to provide read-only access to your projects.
Please use this only as a temporary measure; any changes made on
xgitlab-old.cels.anl.gov will not quiesce with the new server.
