Update: xgitlab.cels.anl.gov

After our migration of xgitlab to the new system, the host VM
experienced a crash and xgitlab.cels.anl.gov became unavailable.
Service has been restored, and xgitlab.cels.anl.gov is operational and
we are keeping an eye on it.
If we experience further issues, a snapshot of data prior to the
migration is available at xgitlab-old.cels.anl.gov. Any updates made to
xgitlab-old.cels.anl.gov will _not_ transfer to xgitlab.cels.anl.gov.
Again, we apologize for this inconvenience and we are doing what we can
to ensure the service provided by xgitlab.cels.anl.gov is stable and
reliable.
