WordPress upgrade complete, mailman service restored

The wordpress upgrade announced yesterday was completed by 9, however, there were some wrinkles that we needed to iron out and service was fully stable by 9:30 this morning.
Shortly thereafter our mailing list server had an issue that required a reboot. As such some mail to mailing lists will have been delayed. Service has been restored as of 10 this morning.
