CANCELED: Maintenance: Confluence service 2018-01-14 (Sunday)

Per vendor recommendations we are postponing the work planned for Sunday so that we can update the backend database for Confluence prior to making the upgrade / migration.
Confluence service will remain available, and there will be no planned outage on Sunday as previously announced.
