Change in CELS Service Desk Hours
As you may be aware, Kat Tylka will be leaving Argonne at the end of next week. We’re sad to see her go, and hope her new endeavors go well.
With Kat’s leaving, it leaves us short staffed at the CELS Service Desk. To help alleviate the strain in keeping the desk staffed while getting tasks done that require being away from the desk, we’re going to shift things up a bit.
If you need help from us, the best course of action, as usual, is to send an e-mail to help. If you can’t send e-mail and need to call, you can call our general help line at 630-252-6813.
However, effective July 9, staffed hours at the CELS help desk (2E17) will be reduced to 9:30 AM – 11:30AM, and 1:30PM – 3:30PM. If you need in-person help outside those hours, please visit the BIS Service Desk (next to the west entrance of TCS). They’ll help you if they can, or escalate to our team when they can’t.
