UPDATE GitLab maintenance window

We ran into some delays while attempting to clean up VM snapshots, the externally accessible instance, https://xgitlab.cels.anl.gov should resume service shortly after 13:00 CST, however the internally accessible instance https://gitlab.cels.anl.gov may take a while longer while maintenance continues.
We will send a follow-up all-clear email when both services are once again working as expected.
