Maintenance window for GitLab service 2019-02-06 12:00 CST

A maintenance window of our GitLab services has been planned for 2019-02-06 at 12:00 CST in order to update the software.
This maintenance window will be 2 hours, which is longer than our typical 1 hour window, to perform some necessary maintenance on the system.
GitLab services provided by gitlab.cels.anl.gov and xgitlab.cels.anl.gov will be unavailable during maintenance.
Service is expected to be restored by 2019-02-06 14:00 CST, and may be available sooner than that.
