Internal gitlab outage canceled

In going over the upgrade process, we found we were kicking a particular can down the road and would run into the need to have another outage to get us where we need to be.

So rather than prolong the inevitable, we’ve come up with a new process wherein all the servers will be updated during a maintenance weekend.  As such, Thursdays gitlab.cels.anl.gov outage is off, and we will announce a maintenance weekend in June where gitlab, xgitlab, and git.cels.anl.gov will get upgrades.
