Most systems back from cooling outage

Hello, everyone.  The general use systems that are supported by the CELS Systems Team are now back from the cooling outage.  This includes Legacy logins and storage, as well as GCE systems hosted in the 240 data center.  The sysadmins of the other systems will notify you when their systems are back.

Thanks for your patience with this.  It’s never fun having to turn off and turn on a data center like this, but we’ve had a lot of practice by this point.
