Experiencing issues with Dayforce 4/27
In case you’re having issues with dayforce:
After scheduled Dayforce maintenance today we have noticed intermittent issues with trying to connect or manage reports:
a) Users login and sit at the attached screen with the greenbar showing Dayforce/HCM loading, but it never connects.
Killing the browser and then re-logging in to a new browser instance we are able to login successfully
b) Logging in as manager and could not load employees. Trying again seems to work.
We have opened a ticket with dayforce support and have created a parent incident in our ticketing system- INC0013605. We currently do not have any reports of issues by Argonne employees.
We will keep you updated to the status as we learn more.
