Data Center work complete

The previously announced Data Center outage (https://mcssys.wordpress.com/2019/08/13/building-240-data-center-outage-5pm-sep-6-sep-9/) is complete. 
At this point we’ve got the MCS/CELS Linux environment powered back up and operational. The BIO environment was back by 1:30 thanks to early availability of power in that part of the data center.
Systems administrators of other more targeted systems will announce when they are back up on the appropriate mailing list.
The work accomplished this weekend included some necessary work with real beneficial results including bringing the building’s water chillers back online (so we now have 2 sources of chilled water), and the replacement of our failing UPS system with temporary UPSes (which you can see parked in trailers outside the east side of the data center). This will allow us to have reliable battery-backed UPS power to ride the gap from now until our new UPSes come online when the data center expansion comes online.
