Recording of Wednesday's Account Migration Town All

Wednesday’s town hall was recorded (mostly) and can be found at the link below. As well I’m adding FAQs regarding the transition as they come up to this page. Apologies for the quiet sound, and for some reason the last 10 minutes didn’t get recorded, but most of the information is there.
We’re also finding new information regarding the different account types, and will be updating this page and sending notices as appropriate. For instance, we should be able to have computer accounts for people without having to do a “Guest/No Pay” appointment and the burdens that come with that. It should be a simple XINK form, and I’m working with CIS to see if we can streamline the process.
