Emergency Confluence downtime

Due to a security vulnerability we had to perform an emergency upgrade on the confluence sites confluence.cels.anl.gov and wiki.jlse.anl.gov.  At the moment, we expect both sites to return to service tomorrow (Wednesday).  If we can get them back faster, we will.
