Server Outage: Request Tracker (RT)
On Monday November 6th from 9AM until approximately 12Noon, we will be performing maintenance on the system that provides RT RequestTracker services. No RT tickets will be delivered between 9AM and Noon.
This will affect all of the RT queues managed by CELS Systems, including the following: [email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]
Mail sent to those addresses (and any others on the RT server) will be queued up and should be delivered once the service is re-enabled.
This does *not* affect the CELS Support address: [email protected] mail to that address is handled by ServiceNow, not RT. No mail should be lost.
We will update the blog and twitter feed when the work is complete. We expect that the work will not take the entire time in the maintenance window, so you may see tickets generated before the end of the outage window.
In the unlikely event that we encounter unexpected issues and need more time we will post updates to the twitter feed and the blog.
