I can’t login!

If you’re new to CELS or had your password reset you will need to change it before you can do anything.  You can change your password at https://servicenow.anl.gov/pr.  After you change it, please use “Password Enrollment” to make sure you’re enabled to reset your own password in the future.

After you have changed your temporary password you will need to get your GCE account set up.  You can do this by following the instructions here.

Until you complete these steps, you cannot access GCE:

  • Visit https://accounts.cels.anl.gov and login using your Argonne account
  • In the left menu, select Join Project (not Join Unix Group)
  • In the search box, start typing “GCE” and it will show the matching entries.  Select GCE.
  • Congratulations, you are now enabled for GCE!
