Mailinglists are managed by the list owner. Owners log into their lists with the password (no username) that they received when the list was created. It is recommended that the list owner change the password to something that has not been sent over e-mail as soon as they can.
The administration interface for lists is at (replace “division” with alcf, bio, cps, cels, dsl, evs, or mcs as appropriate, and “listname” with your list’s name):

Adding a link to your old archives
To put the link on the listinfo page that points to the old archives, visit:
https://lists.mcs.anl.gov/mailman/edithtml/<listname>
Edit the General List information page, and add the link in the appropriate spot, which would be below the following text:
<p> To see the collection of prior postings to the list, visit the <MM-Archive><MM-List-Name> Archives</MM-Archive>. <MM-Restricted-List-Message> </p>
