When using a Meeting Owl, plug the USB from the Owl into your computer, along with the display cable for the wall monitor (if applicable). In some cases, the Meeting Owl and the Display may be plugged into a single dongle, so you can simply plug the one USB-C connector into your laptop.
When starting your meeting, be sure to select the Meeting Owl for Video, Speaker, and Microphone.
