You can create groups in Slack that allow you to quickly add people to multiple channels at once, or have new members of your team instantly gain access to all the appropriate channels by adding them in one place.
To add groups you can manage, simply click the three dot menu icon in the upper right, choose User Groups, and click the “Create new group” icon. More details here.
